Supporting Excellent Science Teaching for Georgia

Connect with and Support Georgia Science Teachers

at the 2026 GSTA Conference

GSTA is returning to Macon, GA for the first time since 2014 for two days of professional learning, networking, collaboration, and recognition. While at the conference, teachers enjoy previewing and learning about new products and services to support their work in helping students learn science as they make sense of phenomena and design solutions to problems. Would you like to link your products and services to the professional learning of science educators? Would you like to help recognize outstanding science teachers, administrators, and students? If so, GSTA invites you to sponsor or exhibit at the 2026 Conference. The information to help you make this link is provided below. Sponsorship opportunities will be posted and available soon.

Exhibiting at the Conference

Highlighting your products and services in our bustling exhibit areas is a great way to connect with our attendees and let them know what you have to offer. Each exhibitor registration includes the following:

  • 8'D x 10'W booth with one 8' table, two chairs, waste basket, pipe and drape. Each exhibitor is responsible for their own table cover;
  • complimentary continental breakfast;
  • registration for up to two representatives with one-year associate membership to GSTA;
  • exhibitor listing in conference program and app (if applicable);
  • exhibitor name listed with all session proposals (if accepted); and
  • exhibitor logo displayed with one session proposal (if accepted) in conference program.

Exhibitors can register additional representatives for $150/person.

We also invite all exhibitors to provide a door prize for our Friday-afternoon drawing. This drawing is always a highlight for attendees, and it provides further incentive for attendees to visit exhibits throughout the conference. Please read below for exhibitor details and additional sponsorship opportunities.
