Bronze Conference Sponsorship – $500.00
This sponsorship has several options available including the conference totes (sponsor provided), welcome letter, entrance signage, registration table signage, badge logo, or conference lanyard (sponsor provided).
Gold Conference Sponsorship – $1,500.00
Sponsor the refreshment break and receive a 1/2-page black and white ad in the conference program, signage with the selected refreshment break, and contribute one item for the conference bags.
Platinum CONFERENCE Sponsorship – $2,000.00
This helps pay for our featured speaker.
• Full-page black & white ad in the conference program
• Recognition in conference program with designated speaker's profile
• Two items for conference bags
• One free exhibitor booth
Silver CONFERENCE Sponsorship – $1,000.00
• Sponsors the Networking Social
• May provide one item to be stuffed into conference bags
• 1/4-page black & white ad in conference program

GSTA relies on partnerships with generous sponsors to provide the best science professional learning experience in Georgia. To foster these partnerships, GSTA offers multiple sponsorship levels that allow sponsors to support the excellent professional learning offered through our conference.

General Guidelines:

Multiple sponsorships are available at each level.
Sponsorship does not include exhibitor registration, accept at the Platinum Level
In-kind sponsorships can be negotiated.

Benefits for All Sponsors:

Free tickets to GSTA's annual awards banquet (Bronze=1 ticket; Higher Levels=2 tickets)
Input on booth location for sponsors who register as exhibitors by the early bird deadline
Name and color logo listed in conference program
Recognition in GSTA's e-newsletter and website
